Thong Nai Pan is a pair of twin bays on the north-east coast — Thong Nai Pan Yai, the larger and livelier, and Thong Nai Pan Noi, smaller and more exclusive, home to the island's most established luxury resort. It's the most developed beach on the otherwise-quiet east coast, now reached by a paved mountain road.
