Who we are
Right Way Phangan Group is a real estate agency operating on Koh Phangan, Thailand. The business is in the process of formal incorporation in Thailand; this policy will be updated with the registered company details once that is complete. Until then the data controller is the founder, reachable at the contact below.
What we collect
Enquiry details you give us — name, the messenger or email you contact us through, phone number if you share it, and the content of your message — when you submit a form or write to us on Telegram, WhatsApp or email.
Property and owner details for listings — including a seller's name and contact — when we take a property into our catalogue. This is kept internal and is never published on the website.
Basic, aggregated website analytics (pages visited, approximate region, device type) to understand how the site is used. We do not build advertising profiles of individuals on this site.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, match you with suitable properties, and carry a transaction through due diligence and closing. To contact property owners about listing and selling their property. To improve the website. We rely on your consent (when you contact us) and on our legitimate interest in running the agency.
Who sees it
Our own systems (a customer database hosted on our infrastructure) and the people working on your enquiry. For a transaction, the lawyer handling due diligence, and where strictly necessary, counterparties such as the Land Office. Messaging platforms you choose to contact us through (Telegram, WhatsApp) process the message under their own terms. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead anywhere are kept only as long as useful and then removed. Records connected to a completed transaction are kept for at least seven years, as Thai tax and property law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Write to the contact below and we will action it. If you are unsatisfied you may complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee.
