Bottle Beach — Haad Khuat — is a remote bay on the northern shore, reached only by longtail boat from Chaloklum or a rough 4×4 track and hike over the hills. There is no proper road, and that is precisely the point: it remains one of the most pristine and undeveloped beaches on Koh Phangan.
The land market here is tiny and specialised. Building is constrained by access and by the off-grid reality — power and water are not a given, and logistics are a real factor. For the right buyer, the seclusion is unmatched on the island.
